We give all our clients full contact information for both the supervisor responsible for their building and the owner.

As a new customer, we will give you a complete schedule of the training. This will show you how often there will be a supervisor on site, during training, and the expected length of the training. We will also schedule with you how often we will call you directly to address how we are performing.

We introduce every client to the supervisor that will be responsible for their cleaning. They will have a schedule of how often the supervisor will be in their building to check on the cleaning. We document and track every inspection,  which is available to each client.

Our staffs picture will be posted in every building, so you know who will be there to take care of you. We are confident in our amazing staff. Most of our employees have been part of our team for many years. We give our employees a good place to work and support our staff with what they need to work efficiently and well.

We schedule a contact day with every client every month, to ensure your receiving the best service possible.
